新形势下的天津市大学生价值观现状研究

Research on the Current Situation of University Students' Values in Tianjin City under the New Situation

本文对天津市876名大学生价值观现状及特征进行调查,发现:(1)"才能务实"在价值观体系中占据着最为突出的位置,这是大学生群体自我发展的个人取向特征;(2)优先价值取向构成了社会转型期大学生群体个人成长中自我服务的倾向,即追求有用、有情、有德、有心的成长路径;(3)大学生的价值观体系仍然与中国传统文化长期沉淀形成的"人以德立"的深层结构保持一致。在中国社会在经历社会转型、中西方文化价值观融合与社会重构过程中,表现出浓厚的个人主义色彩。理想信念教育中的群体至上取向被以更关注自我发展机会的个体价值取向所融合。

An investigation was carried out on the current situation and characteristics of 876 university students＇ val- ues. It was found that： （1） Occupying a prominent position in values system, ＂ability pragmatism＂ is the personal orientation of university students＇ personal development; （2） First value orientation constitutes the self-service tendency in university students＇ personal growth, namely, pursuing a useful, emotional, moral and caring way of growth; （3） University students＇ values system is consistent with the deep structure of ＂virtue first＂ accumulated in traditional Chinese culture. In Chinese social transformation, Chinese-Western integration of culture and val- ues and social reconstruction, a strong individualistic tendency is reflected. In ideals and beliefs education, community first is gradually integrated into individual value orientation which pays more attention to the o~~ortunities of individual development.
