摘要
以广东科学技术职业学院移动应用开发中心"教学企业"为例,将行业企业技术标准融入教学,确立由两支培养队伍、两个培养阵地的"校企双主体"人才培养模式。通过校企深度融合,构建集生产运营、专业教学、实训实战、社会服务等功能于一体的协同育人主基地——"教学企业"。通过实施"互聘共培、双岗双薪"等制度,引导企业协同体多方人员参与专业人才的协同培养,实现教学与一线生产技术相结合的目的,同时促进专任教师参与真实项目的研发,提升专任教师实战开发与科技研发等社会服务能力,实现"教融于产,产促进研"的协同育人目标。
With the "teaching enterprise" of the mobile appli- cation development center of Guangdong polytechnic of Science and Technology as the example, this paper integrates the tech- nical standards of enterprises in the industry into teaching, and establishes a talent cultivation model based on two cultivation teams and two cultivation positions. Through deep college-en- terprise integration, we establish a cooperative education base integrating production and operation, professional teaching, practical training and social service, namely, "teaching enter- prise". Under this model, the enterprise is guided to cooperate with various parties in cooperative cultivation. This will realize the combination of teaching and production, promote profes- sional teachers' participation in the development of real projects, improve professional teachers' ability of practical development and scientific research, thus realizing the goal of cooperative education.
