摘要 语文校本课程开发是学校在国家提出三级课程管理体制下,实施素质教育的重要途径。它旨在提升学生的语文素养,进而促进全体公民素养的发展。语文校本课程开发在内涵、基本理论、课程形式等方面取得了一定的成果,但在实践中还存在着一些问题,如教师的课程开发意识较弱与能力不足、开发的条件匮乏、课程资源利用率低、旧的评价体制的妨害等。笔者尝试从学校和教师层面给出可行性策略。 School-based Chinese course development is an important way to implement quality-oriented education under the three-level course management system. It aims to improve students' Chinese literacy and promote the development of all citizens' quality. The connotation, basic theory and course forms of school-based Chinese course development have achieved certain results, but there remain some problems in practice, such as teachers' weak awareness and ability of course development, insufficient conditions for the development, low utilization of course resources, and the influence of old evaluation systems. The writer attempts to propose feasible countermeasures from the perspective of both schools and teachers.
