考试的反拨作用即考试的影响。英语高考最直接的正面反拨作用就是促进教学。负面反驳作用主要包括:直接导致了教师的"知识语言观";导致中学英语教学目的的偏误;导致教学内容的失衡与教学方法的单一;导致学生学习目标的偏移。任何事物都有两面性,我们不能苛求考试只对教学发挥正面影响而不产生负面作用。就英语高考而言,进一步提高命题的科学性是减少英语高考负面影响的有效途径。
