向应用型转变过程中本科院校组织结构的优化

On the Organization and Structure Optimization of Undergraduate Universities in Application-oriented Transformation

随着中国经济进入新常态,本科院校作为社会重要的组成部分,同样也面临着转型。本科学校向应用型转变既是深化高等教育综合改革、优化高等教育结构、提高高等教育宏观质量、增强高等教育服务国家和地方经济社会发展能力的重要举措,也是高校深化改革、内涵发展,主动服务地方需求、增强学生创业就业能力的必然要求。在本科院校从科研为办学定位向应用型为办学定位转变的过程中,高校的组织结构同时也应该从与科研相适应向与应用型相适应转变。本文探讨了应用型办学定位对本科院校的组织结构提出的要求,针对目前本科院校的组织结构现状,提出建议,以期应用型高校更好更快发展。

As China＇s economy has entered the new norm, undergraduate universities, as an important part of the society, are also faced with transformations. The application-oriented transformation of undergraduate universities is not only an im- portant measure to deepen the comprehensive reform of higher education, optimize the structure of higher education, improve the overall quality of higher education, and enhance the abil- ity of higher education to serve national and local economic and social development, but also an inevitable requirement to deepen university reform and quality-oriented development, autonomously serve local development, and enhance students＇ entrepreneurship and employment ability. In the transformation, the organization and structure of universities should also be ad- justed accordingly. This paper explores the requirements for the organization and structure of undergraduate universities in the application-oriented transformation, and proposes correspond- ing suggestions, hoping to promote the better development of application-oriented universities.
