充分发挥共青团作用,做好大学新生教育引导

On the Education and Guidance of University Freshmen by Giving Full Play to the Role of the Youth League

在当前的大学教育中,对于大学新生的教育引导越来越引起人们的重视和关注。新生军训、教育座谈会等一系列措施都是针对新生实施的,但也是远远不够的。笔者在本文中针对当前大学新生当中所存在的一些问题出现的原因进行了探讨,并且针对这些问题给出了解决方案——应当充分发挥出高校共青团的作用,发挥其优势,做好新生的教育工作和引导工作,为大学生活打下坚实基础。

In the present university education, more and more importance has been attached to the education and guidance of university freshmen. Military training and education symposiums are all implemented for freshmen, but that＇s not enough. In this paper, we explore the causes of the problems existing in the current university freshmen, and then put forward correspond- ing solutions, namely, giving full play to the role of the Youth League in the process. The aim is to lay a solid foundation for university life.
