新形势下大学生创业现状研究——以广东十所高校大学生为例

Research on the Current Situation of Undergraduates' Entrepreneurship: A Case Study on the Undergraduates from Ten Universities of Guangdong

当前中国社会提倡"全民创业,万众创新",但众所周知,并非所有人都适合创业,从国外到国内,创业成功的人相对占少数。对大学生而言,初出社会,虽怀着对创业的满腔热情,但社会经验不足、缺乏创业能力,成功创业的大学生相对少数。我国政府大力提倡、鼓励、支持大学生创业,政府和学校也相应推出一些大学生创业优惠政策,但随着经济社会的快速转型以及大学生创业群体的扩大和更迭,当前高校生创业成功率低问题尤为显著。大学生是否适合创业?创业失败大学生何去何从?

At present, Chinese society advocates ＂national entrepreneurship and innovation＂. However, it is widely ac- knowledged that not everyone is suitable for entrepreneurship. From foreign countries to China, successful entrepreneurs are only in a minority proportion, especially undergraduates who get involved in the society for s short time. Ahhough they hold great vigor, they are a lack of social experience and entrepreneurial competence. Chinese government vigorously advocates, encour- ages and supports undergraduates to start a business, and the government and school also release some corresponding prefer- ential policies to support the undergraduate entrepreneurship. Nonetheless, with the rapid transformation of economic society, as well as the expansion and alternation of entrepreneurial com- munity of undergraduates, the current rate of entrepreneurial success for them was low, and what will the failures do in the future is a prominent problem. Many undergraduates cannot afford the economic loss after the entrepreneurship failure, so that it is difficult for them to get out of the shadows of failure. Then whether it is appropriate for the undergraduates to start their own business, and whether the entrepreneurship advocated by the government and the entrepreneurship preferential policies released by the government are reasonable？
