On International Experience for the Industrial Development of Aviation Economic Zones and the Reference to It

不同航空经济区的发展趋势及产业结构虽然具有一定差异,但是对于航空经济区发展进行对比性研究后发现,任何一个航空经济区在发展中都具有一定规律,就是全部将主导性产业定义为航空,同时还发展其他产业结构。航空产业想要取得良好的发展水平,基础性要求就是航空是国际航空的重要中枢,地理环境及交通运输系统是航空经济发展的前提,政府部门所制定的关键性政策对于航空经济发展具有推动性作用。

Different aviation economic zones have certain differences in development tendency and industrial structure, but after a comparative study on the development of aviation eco- nomic zones, the writer found that every aviation economic zone has a principle in its development, namely, regarding aviation as the dominant industry complemented by other industries. To achieve a favorable development level of the aviation industry, the fundamental requirement is that aviation is the center of international aviation; geographical environment and transporta- tion system are the prerequisites for the development of aviation economy; key policies formulated by government departments promotes the development of aviation economy.
