循证医学教学法在临床思维能力培养中的应用探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨循证医学教学法在临床思维能力培养中的应用效果。方法对照组根据以往常规教学方法完成临床实习教学;研究组利用循证医学教学法完成临床实习教学。结果两组研究前自拟思维能力自评量调查表评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);临床实习生完成本阶段实习后,研究组自拟思维能力自评量调查表评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利用循证医学教学法可提高临床专业实习生临床思维能力培养效果,有利于为临床输送高素质人才。 Objective To explore the application effect of the evidence-based medicine teaching method in the training of clinical thinking ability. Methods The control group was based on the conventional teaching methods to complete clinical practice teaching; research group using the evidence-based medicine teaching method to complete clinical practice teaching. Results Before the study,two groups of self thinking ability self rating questionnaire score were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P〈0.05). Clinical interns completed the stage after the practice,the study group of self thinking ability self rating questionnaire score were significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The evidence-based medicine teaching method can significantly improve the clinical thinking ability and training effect of clinical professionals,which is conducive to the delivery of high-quality personnel.
