摘要
依托温宿县人民医院临床实训中心加强县医院、各乡镇急救点的急诊急救骨干人员培训,提升各骨干人员的急诊急救综合能力。在急救应急体系建设方案明确的基础上,通过与急救应急工作经验成熟的金华市中心医院专家结对、交流,逐步提升我县的急救应急体系的管理能力,切实实现县域内急救网络覆盖,提高温宿县急诊抢救的及时率与成功率。
In order to promote the comprehensive abilities in emergent first-aid of key staffs, we organized the key staffs in emergent first-aid in each village and town and county hospital depending on the clinical skill training center of Wensu People＇s Hospital. Through communicating and pairing with highly experienced experts in Jinhua central hospital to gradually improve the management ability of our emergency system and to realize emergency network coverage in the county. All in all,the goal is to improve the timeliness ratio and success ratio of emergency system in Wensu.
