畅通诉求渠道推动院前急救工作的思考与建议

摘要 随着社会急速变迁和医疗体制改革的深入推进,面对院前急救医务人员的新诉求、新期待,如何更好的畅通职工诉求渠道,是维持各项事业长久生存和发展的重要保证。医疗机构职能部门通过畅通诉求渠道,保护、调动、发挥职工的积极性和创造性,解决院前急救职工人员最关心、最直接、最现实的利益问题,从而团结职工、凝聚职工。 With the rapid change of society and the deepening of the reform of medical system,facing the new demands and new expectations of the medical staff of prehospital care,how to better smooth employee demand channel,is an important guarantee to maintain the cause for the survival and development of the cause. The functional departments of medical institutions through the smooth channels of appeal,to protect,mobilize and play the enthusiasm and creativity of the staff and workers. To solve the problem of the most concern,the most direct and the most practical interests of the employees of the pre-hospital emergency care,so as to unite the workers.
