血液透析对慢性肾衰竭患者心脏功能的影响分析

目的分析探讨血液透析对慢性肾衰竭患者心脏功能的影响。方法选取我院60例慢性肾衰竭患者作为研究对象,按透析频次是否大于等于3次/周,将患者分为规律血液透析组和血液透析组。对比分析两组患者接受血液透析前后3个月的各项指标变化。结果接受血液透析3个月后,两组患者的左室肥厚比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。规律血液透析组患者的射血分数优于血液透析组,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肾衰竭患者应用血液透析进行治疗,能改善慢性肾衰竭患者的心脏功能,降低患者并发症的发生率,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of hemodialysis on cardiac function in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods 60 cases of chronic renal failure in our hospital were chose as the research object,according to the dialysis frequency was greater than or equal to 3 times /week,the patients were divided into regular hemodialysis group and hemodialysis group. The indexes of two groups of patients were compared and analyzed before and after hemodialysis for 3 months. Results There was no significant difference in left ventricular hypertrophy between the two groups after 3 months of hemodialysis（P〈0.05）. The ejection fraction of regular hemodialysis patients was better than that of hemodialysis group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure,can significantly improve cardiac function in patients with chronic renal failure,decrease the incidence rate of complications,improve the quality of life of patients.
