一次性根管充填在隐裂牙伴牙髓炎治疗中的价值分析

Analysis of the Value of One-time Root Canal Filling in Cracked Teeth With Pulpitis

目的探讨一次性根管充填在隐裂牙伴牙髓炎治疗中的应用价值。方法在我院治疗的65例隐裂牙伴牙髓炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组32例采用传统根管充填治疗,观察组33例采用一次性根管填充治疗。结果对照组和观察组治疗有效率分别为73.7%和92.5%,不良反应发生率分别为15.6%和3.0%,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隐裂牙伴牙髓炎采用一次性根管充填治疗效果良好,复发率低。

Objective To investigate the application value of one-time root canal filling in cracked teeth with pulpitis treatment. Methods In our hospital,for treatment of 65 cases of cracked teeth with pulpitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,32 cases in the control group using the traditional root canal therapy,the observation group of 33 cases with disposable root canal treatment. Results The efficiency of the control group and the observation group were 73.7% and 92.5%,respectively. The incidence of adverse reaction was 15.6% and 3.0%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cracked teeth with pulpitis using one-time root canal filling is great,has low recurrence rate.
