摘要
目的研究分析多发性周围神经病患者腹直肌肌电图检测情况。方法选择2012年9月-2016年6月我院收治的130例多发性周围神经病患者作为主要的研究对象,对其基本资料进行分析,将其列入研究组,选取同期健康人员130例作为健康组,比较两组腹直肌肌电图运动单位电位波幅的各参数值。结果研究组的时限、波幅以及多相波与健康组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹直肌肌电图检测对于多发性周围神经病患者是一种理想的检测方法。
Objective To study the electromyography of rectus muscle in patients with multiple peripheral neuropathy. Methods In our hospital during September 2012 to June 2016,selected 130 cases of patients with polyneuropathy as the main research object,the basic data were analyzed,which will be included in the study group. 130 cases of healthy people were selected as healthy group. Comparison of the two groups of EMG motor unit potential amplitude of each parameter values. Results After the completion of the inspection found that the duration of the study group,the amplitude and the multiphase wave compared to the healthy group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion EMG in detection of abdominal rectus muscle is a very good detection method for patients with multiple peripheral neuropathy.
