摘要
目的通过测定胃癌及胃溃疡患者中血清组织中白介素-1的表达水平,探讨在治疗中的临床价值。方法将我院治疗的24例胃癌患者、24例胃溃疡患者及24例健康体检者,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清中IL-1的表达水平,并进行分析比较。结果与胃溃疡组、健康对照组相比,胃癌组患者血清及组织中白介素-1水平较低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌组中患者血清白介素-1呈现出低表达状态,对评价肿瘤的发展进程等方面具有临床意义。
Objective By measuring the expression level of tissue and serum interleukin-1 in gastric and gastric ulcer patients,to explore the clinical significance in therapy. Methods 24 cases of gastric cancer patients in our hospital,24 cases of gastric ulcer patients and 24 healthy volunteers,by measuring the serum levels of IL-1 expression,use enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the different groups were analyzed and compared. Results Comparedwith gastric ulcer group and healthy control group,gastric cancer patients of serum interleukin-1 level was lower,the differences between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The serum interleukin-1 in gastric cancer group showed high expression,has clinical significance in the evaluation of tumor development.
