InterTan股骨髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的体会

Observation on Fixation of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures With InterTan Intramedullary Nail

目的探讨新一代股骨近端交锁髓内钉（InterTan髓内钉）治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的体会。方法 45例股骨粗隆间骨折患者均行InterTan髓内钉内固定治疗。结果本组均获7-18个月随访,切口均一期愈合。根据JOA髋关节评分系统评定疗效：优45例,优良率100.0%。结论InterTan髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效满意。

Objective To explore the effect of Inter Tan in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 45 cases with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated with Inter Tan screw fixation. Results All the patients were followed up for 7 to 18 months. All wounds healed by first intention. According to the JOA hip score system,45 cases was excellent,the excellent rate was 100.0%. Conclusion The effect of Inter Tan in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture is satisfactory.
