摘要
目的了解微波理疗对皮肤擦伤创面修复的影响。方法选择2015年5月-2016年5月皮肤科门诊接诊的单纯皮肤擦伤的患者和骨科收治的各种类型创伤合并皮肤擦伤的住院患者共80例,分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。治疗组在对照组同样的药物治疗基础上,辅以微波理疗,观察两组患者的创面愈合情况。结果治疗组和对照组的创面愈合程度差异有统计学意义。结论针对皮肤擦伤的创面,本研究采取的药物治疗方案能起到较好的治疗效果,但辅以微波理疗能更大程度减少皮肤擦伤引起的色沉、瘢痕等后遗症,促进创面修复。
Objective To investigate the effect of microwave therapy on wound healing of skin abrasions. Methods A total of 80 patients with skin abrasions who received in dermatology department and with various types of trauma and skin abrasions in department of orthopedics from May 2015 to May 2016 were divided into control group and treatment group,each group of 40 cases. The treatment group and the control group were treated with the same drug therapy,but treatment group combined with microwave therapy,to observe the wound healing of the two groups. Results There was a significantdifference in wound healing between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion For the wound surface of the skin,the drug treatment program can play a good therapeutic effect. However,microwave therapy can reduce the degree of skin abrasion caused by color,scar and other sequelae,and promote wound healing.
