关节镜膝关节清理术联合透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Arthroscopic Knee Debridement Combined With Sodium Hyaluronate in the Treatment of Osteoarthritis of the Knee

目的探讨关节镜膝关节清理术联合透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的68例膝骨性关节炎患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各34例。两组均实施关节镜膝关节清理术,观察组术后加用透明质酸钠。比较两组治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组总有效率较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝骨性关节炎采用关节镜膝关节清理术联合透明质酸钠治疗疗效确切,有助于促进患者膝关节功能恢复。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic knee debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 68 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 34 cases. Arthroscopic knee debridement was carried out in two groups,and the observation group was added with sodium hyaluronate after operation. Compared the treatment effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of knee osteoarthritis with arthroscopic knee debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate is effective.
