注射用膦甲酸钠联合加巴喷丁胶囊治疗老年带状疱疹临床研究

Clinical Study on Foscarnet Sodium Injection Combined With Gabapentin Capsule in the Treatment of Senile Herpes Zoster

目的探究注射用膦甲酸钠联合加巴喷丁胶囊治疗老年带状疱疹的临床效果。方法抽取2014年8月-2016年1月我院106例老年带状疱疹患者,根据治疗方案分为两组,各53例。对照组采用阿昔洛韦注射液,研究组联合注射用膦甲酸钠及加巴喷丁胶囊。统计两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果研究组总有效率（98.11%）高于对照组（84.89%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组均未出现不良反应。结论注射用膦甲酸钠联合加巴喷丁胶囊治疗老年带状疱疹疗效确切,且不会引发不良反应。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of gabapentin capsule combined with foscarnet sodium injection in the treatment of senile herpes zoster. Methods 106 elderly patients with herpes zoster were selected from August 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital. According to the treatment plan was divided into two groups,each of 53 cases. The control group was treated with Aciclovir Injection,the study group was treated with foscarnet sodium injection and gabapentin capsule. The clinical curative effect and adverse reaction rate were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the study group（98.11%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（84.89%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There were no adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Foscarnet Sodium Injection combined with gabapentin in treatment of elderly patients with herpes zoster is exact,the lesion area can be effectively reduced,and will not cause adverse reactions.
