摘要
目的观察糖皮质激素治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法将本院收治的50例分泌性中耳炎患者随机分为两组（收治时间：2014年6月-2016年1月）,25例/组。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组使用糖皮质激素治疗。将两组患者在0.5 k Hz、1 k Hz以及2 k Hz频率下的纯音听阈以及疾病复发情况进行对比。结果观察组分泌性中耳炎患者治疗后在0.5 k Hz、1 k Hz以及2 k Hz频率下的纯音听阈以及疾病复发率均优于对照组患者（P〈0.05）。结论使用糖皮质激素治疗分泌性中耳炎能够改善患者的听力,降低复发率。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of glucocorticoid in the treatment of secretory otitis media. Methods The hospital treated 50 cases of secretory otitis media were randomly divided into two groups for the study（time admitted was from June 2014 to January 2016）,25 patients in each group. The control group received conventional treatment,observation group received glucocorticoid. The two groups of patients 0.5 k Hz,1 k Hz and 2 k Hz pure tone hearing threshold frequency and recurrence of disease were compared. Results The observation group of patients after treatment of secretory otitis media in 0.5 k Hz,1 k Hz and 2 k Hz frequency pure tone threshold and the recurrence rate of the disease was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of glucocorticoid in treatment of secretory otitis media can significantly improve the patient＇s hearing,the recurrence rate is significantly reduced.
