摘要
目的探讨选择温针灸方法对中风后虚秘患者的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年9月-2016年6月收治的中风后虚秘患者97例作为本次实验研究对象;观察组52例以及对照组45例患者的分组依据为中风后虚秘治疗方法的不同;观察组给予温针灸治疗;对照组给予药物治疗;对比虚秘治疗总有效率。结果在虚秘治疗总有效率方面,两组中风后虚秘患者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于中风后虚秘患者,治疗方法选择温针灸,可以提高虚秘疗效,改善中风后虚秘患者的生活质量。
Objective Selected warm acupuncture methods on the clinical effect of deficiency constipation after stroke patients. Methods Chose from September 2014 to June 2016 treated 97 cases of patients with deficiency constipation after stroke as this experiment observation object. Observation group of 52 cases and control group 45 cases after the grouping basis for stroke in patients with different deficiency constipation treatments. Observation group was given acupuncture treatment. The control group was given drug treatment. Comparing the total effective rate of the treatment. Results In total effective rate in the treatment of deficiency constipation,the two groups had statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For deficiency constipation after stroke patients,acupuncture treatment can improve the curative effect,and improve the quality of life of post-stroke patients with deficiency constipation.
