摘要
目的探讨女性更年期综合征使用地贞颗粒治疗的效果。方法选取我院的2010年7月-2014年7月接收的女性更年期综合征患者120例进行分析研究,共有对照组和观察组两组,均有60例。对照组使用激素药物治疗,观察组使用激素和地贞颗粒治疗,对两组的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果观察组的临床有效率是85.00%,对照组的临床有效率是51.67%,观察组有效率比对照组高（P〈0.05）。结论地贞颗粒治疗女性更年期综合征,临床有效率高,患者证候改善明显。
Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment of female climacteric syndrome by using Dizhen granules. Methods In our hospital,from July 2010 to July 2014,120 cases of female climacteric syndrome were selected and divided into two groups,control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each. The control group was treated with hormone drugs,the observation group was treated with hormone and Dizhen granules,and the clinical effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The clinical efficiency of the observation group was 85.00%,the control group was 51.67%,the clinical efficiency was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dizhen granules can be used in the treatment of female menopausal syndrome,the clinical effective rate is high,the patient＇s symptoms improved significantly.
