192例中药及其制剂不良反应报告的分析

Analysis of 192 Cases of Traditional Chinese Medicine and its Adverse Drug Reaction

目的了解某院中药及其制剂不良反应发生的种类与发生的科室,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对某院2013年1月-2015年12月上报的不良反应进行整理分析。结果 192例中药及其制剂不良反应报告中,涉及的科室以呼吸内科居首,占18.75%;涉及的药物以红花黄色素注射液居多,占27.09%;临床表现以皮肤及附件器官损伤最为常见,占31.77%,给药方式以静脉滴注最多,占总例数的94.27%。结论提示某院各个临床科室需要加强中药及其制剂的合理用药,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To understand the types and incidence rate of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital,and to provide basis for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods Retrospective analysis was used to analyze the adverse drug reactions in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015. Results In all the reports of 192 cases,the Department of respiration reports ranked the first,accounting for 18.75%. The adverse reactions caused by safflower yellow were the most,accounting for 27.09%.The most common clinical symptoms were skin and organ injury,accounting for 31.77%. Intravenous infusion resulted in the most adverse reactions,accounting for 94.27%. Conclusion It is suggested that the clinical departments should pay more attention to the reasonable use of traditional Chinese medicine and preparations,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to the greatest extent.
