脑梗死行CT和MRI检查的诊断价值对照评定

Comparative Evaluation on Diagnostic Value of CT and MRI in Cerebral Infarction

目的对比分析脑梗死患者行CT和MRI检查的诊断价值。方法选择2015年3月-2016年6月我院收治的60例脑梗死患者为研究对象,分别给予CT、MRI检查,分析并对比检查结果。结果 60例患者中,CT检查的病灶检出率是66.7%,MRI检查的病灶检出率是95.0%,对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。在脑梗死发病时间〈6 h、6-24 h检查中,MRI检出率高于CT检出率（92.0%vs.60.0%,96.4%vs.70.0%）,对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在脑梗死检查诊断中,MRI检查的检出率更高,优势明显。

Objective To compare the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 60 cases of cerebral infarction patients admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the study subjects,which were examined by CT and MRI. The results were analyzed and compared. Results In 60 cases,the lesion detection rate of CT was 66.7%,the detection rate of MRI was 95.0%,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the time of cerebral infarction onset 6 h,6 - 24 h examination,MRI detection rate was significantly higher than the CT detection rate（92.0% vs.60.0%,96.4% vs.70.0%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the diagnosis of cerebral infarction,the detection rate of MRI is higher,the advantage is more obvious.
