七氟烷在小儿临床麻醉中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Sevoflurane in Pediatric Anesthesia

目的探究七氟烷在小儿临床麻醉中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年5月-2015年6月的临床麻醉患儿100例。随机法分为两组,每组50例。观察组患儿给予七氟烷麻醉,对照组患儿给予异氟烷麻醉,比较两组苏醒与拔管时间、不良反应、躁动哭闹情况。结果观察组患儿的苏醒时间（8.18±3.12）min与拔管时间（4.56±2.12）min都低于对照组;观察组麻醉患儿不良反应为8.00%与对照组对比差异无统计学意义（χ-2=2.99;P=0.08）;躁动哭闹发生率为10.00%低于对照组（χ2=6.25;P=0.01）。结论七氟烷应用在小儿麻醉的效果理想。

Objective To study the effect of sevoflurane in pediatric anesthesia. Methods 100 cases of clinical anesthesia for children in our hospital from May 2013 to June 2016 were selected. According to the random method,they were divided into two groups,each group of 50 cases. Observation group were given sevoflurane anesthesia,control group were given isoflurane anesthesia. Comparison between two groups of recovery and extubation time,adverse reactions,agitation and crying situation.Results In the observation group,the recovery time was（8.18±3.12）min,and extubation time（4.56±2.12）min,were lower than the control group. There was no significant difference in adverse reaction between the observation group（8.00%）and the control group（χ2 =2.99,P=0.08）. The incidence of restlessness was 10.00%,lower than the control group（χ2 =6.25,P=0.01）. Conclusion Effects of sevoflurane in pediatric anesthesia is ideal.
