Analysis on Causes of Blood Discarding in Hospital and Its Solution

目的分析某医院血液报废原因,探讨减少血液报废的措施。方法对2013年1月1日-2014年12月31日某院血液报废原因进行统计和分析。结果血液报废的常见原因是血袋破损,其次是絮状物;血浆的报废率最高,其次是冷沉淀和红细胞。结论对各种原因的血液报废应采取相应的对策,降低报废率;加强与血液中心和临床的沟通,将血液报废的可能性降到最低。

Objective To analyze causes of blood discarding in hospitals and to discuss measures that can reduce blood discarding. Methods Causes of blood discarding in local hospital from January 1,2013 to December 31,2014 were collected and analyzed. Results The common reasons of blood discarding were blood bag breakage,secondly floccule. The discarding rate of plasma was the highest,secondly,was the cryoprecipitate and red blood cells. Conclusion Relevant measures were taken for blood discarding by various reasons to reduce the discarding rate,to strengthen the communication between the blood center and the clinical department and reduce the possibility of blood discarding to the lowest.
