摘要
目的研究和分析中医辨体调质护理对老年2型糖尿病患者生存质量的影响。方法选取在我院接受治疗的老年2型糖尿病患者,将他们按照编号随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组患者在对照组的基础上采取中医辨体调质护理,比较两组患者的生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)和其他相关指标的情况。结果采取不同的干预措施后,观察组患者的DSQL量表评分以及相关指标低于对照组患者,两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨体调质护理能够提升患者的生存质量。
Objective To study and analyze TCM differentiation and conditioning care for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes on quality of life. Methods In our hospital,for treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,according to their numbers were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group were treated with routine nursing care,patients in the observation group on the basis of control group used TCM differentiation and conditioning care,compared the two groups of patients with the quality of life of the specific scale（DSQL）and other related indicators. ResultsUsing different intervention measures,the observation group of patients with DSQL score and related index was lower than that of control group,two groups had significant difference（ P〈0.05）.
