摘要
目的研究胃溃疡穿孔护理中应用心理护理与健康教育的临床效果。方法将我院2014年9月-2015年9月所收治的88例胃溃疡穿孔患者作为本次研究对象,按照就诊时间将其分为研究组(n=44)和对照组(n=44),所有患者均采用常规的护理方法,研究组在此基础上加行心理护理与健康教育,对比分析两组患者的住院时间以及SCL-90评分。结果研究组住院时间短于对照组,且SCL-90评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论胃溃疡穿孔护理中应用心理护理与健康教育的临床效果较优,能够有效减少住院时间。
Objective To study the clinical effect of psychological nursing and health education in gastric ulcer perforation nursing. Methods Eighty-eight patients with gastric ulcer perforation from September 2014 to September 2015 were included in the study group(n = 44)and control group(n = 44). All the patients received routine nursing care. The study group was given psychological nursing and health education. The hospital stay and the SCL-90 score of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The hospitalization time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the SCL-90 score was significantly lower than the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of psychological nursing and health education in gastric ulcer perforation nursing is obvious,which can effectively reduce the hospitalization time.
