舒适护理对肛肠术后恢复自主排尿的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comfortable Nursing on the Recovery of Urination After Anorectal Operation

目的研究肛肠术后患者实施舒适护理对其自主排尿恢复产生的影响。方法我院选择诊治的46例肛肠疾病患者,将其均分为两组,对照组患者实施常规的护理措施,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施舒适护理,比较两组患者术后自主排尿恢复情况。结果通过比较,观察组患者的留置尿管时间及残余尿量时间比对照组少(P<0.05)。观察组患者尿潴留发生率为8.7%,对照组为34.78%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肛肠疾病术后实施舒适护理措施能够有效的降低患者尿潴留发生率,同时缩短尿管留置时间,进而加快恢复自主排尿。

Objective To study the anorectal postoperative patients with the effect of comfort care on the recovery of automatic micturition. Methods In our hospital,diagnosis and treatment of 46 cases of patients with anorectal disease,which were divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing measures,the observation group based on routine care implemented comfortable nursing,were compared between the two groups of patients with postoperative urination. Results Through the comparison,the observation group of patients with indwelling catheter time and residual urine volume time was significantly less than the control group（P〈0.05）. Observation group of patients with urinary retention probability was 8.7%,the control group was 34.78%,the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Anorectal disease postoperative implement comfortable nursing measures can effectively reduce the rate of urine retention in patients,and shorten the time of indwelling urinary catheter,thus speeding up recovery of automatic micturition.
