摘要
目的探讨在精神科护理中实施精细化管理的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年9月-2015年9月精神科100例患者,将其平均分为两组,每组患者50例,对照组实施常规的护理措施,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施精细化管理,对两组患者护理前后护理质量评分以及患者对护理人员的满意度进行比较。结果通过比较,观察组患者实施前后护理质量评分及患者对护理人员的满意度差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对精神科患者实施精细化管理措施,可使护理质量得到有效改善,能提升患者及其家属对护理人员的满意度,最大限度的降低精神科医疗事故发生率。
Objective The clinical effects of the implementation of fine management in psychiatric nursing is studied. Methods In our hospital,100 patients with psychiatric department were selected and divided into two groups from September 2014 to 2015 September. The control group of 50 patients was in the implementation of routine nursing measures,the observation group of 50 patients on the basis of routine nursing was in implementation of fine management,compared two groups of patients with the implementation of nursing before and after scores of nursing quality and patients to nursing staff satisfaction. Results By comparison,patients in the observation group before and after the implementation of nursing,the quality score and patients＇satisfaction with the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of fine management measures can effectively improve the quality of care for psychiatric patients,improve patients and family＇s satisfaction of nursing staff,reduce psychiatric medical accident probability.
