摘要
目的探讨在重症监护病房实施优质护理服务的效果。方法选取2014年2月-2016年4月本院重症监护病房收治的患者100例,按照时间先后顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组实施常规护理,观察组则接受优质护理服务,对两组患者的护理效果进行回顾性分析。结果观察组患者的护理质量及护理满意度评估结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在重症监护病房实施优质护理服务,可有效改善护理质量,有利于临床治疗的顺利开展,对于保障患者生命安全具有十分积极的意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of ICU in implementation of quality care. Methods From February 2014 to April 2016,100 patients admitted to hospital intensive care unit,according to the chronological order were divided into control group and observation group,which control group was in the implementation of routine care,observation group received high care,nursing effect of two groups of patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results Observation group of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction evaluation results were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of quality nursing service in intensive care unit can effectively improve the quality of care and facilitate the smooth development of clinical treatment. It is of great significance for the protection of patients＇ lives.
