摘要
目的研究门诊护理中实施护患沟通的临床效果。方法我院对100例门诊患者进行研究,将其分为两组,对照组的患者与护理人员没有护患沟通过程,观察组患者与护理人员实施了有效的沟通,对护理人员的满意度进行比较,统计两组患者护患纠纷发生率。结果观察组患者对护理人员满意度比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组护患纠纷发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论门诊护理工作中实施良好的护患沟通能够有效提升护理人员服务意识,提升患者对护理人员的满意度,降低护患纠纷发生率。
Objective To study the clinical effect of nurse-patient communication in outpatient nursing. Methods 100 outpatients in our hospital were divided into two groups. Control group of patients and nurses did not used nurse-patient communication process. Observation group of patients and nursing implemented effective communication. The satisfaction of nursing staff was compared,and the incidence rate of nurse-patient disputes in the two groups was statistically analyzed. Results The observation group of patients to nursing staff satisfaction was higher than the control group(P〈0.05). The incidence rate of nurse-patient disputes in observation group was lower than that in control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Outpatient nursing work in the implementation of good nurse-patient communication can effectively enhance the service awareness of nursing staff,enhance the satisfaction of patients to nursing staff,reduce the incidence of nursing disputes.
