摘要
目的探究自制比对卡在游离皮瓣血液循环观察中的应用效果。方法选取本院30例游离皮瓣移植手术患者,应用自制对比卡观察游离皮瓣张力、颜色,应用计算机截取、加工制作张力对比卡,充分显示了游离皮瓣颜色与张力变化。结果通过用比对卡观察游离皮瓣,游离皮瓣血液循环观察与护理记录有了统一标准。结论应用自制比对卡可及时发现皮瓣血管危象,减少了失误率,为疾病治疗提供了依据。
Objective To explore the effect of self-made comparison card on the observation of free flap blood circulation. Methods Chose 30 cases of free flap transplantation in our hospital were used to observe the tension and color of free skin flap. Using the computer to capture and process the tension contrast card,the color and tension of the free skin flap were fully displayed. Results By comparing the card with the free flap,free flap blood circulation observation and nursing records had a unified standard. Conclusion The self-made comparison card can be used to detect the vascular crisis of the flap in time to reduce the error rate and provide the basis for the treatment of the disease.
