口腔冲洗在口腔内手术后患者护理中的应用

The Application of Oral Flushing in Postoperative Nursing of Patients With Oral Cavity Surgery

目的探讨口腔擦洗和口腔冲洗在口腔内手术后护理中的效果。方法选取厦门市某三级甲等医院2015年8月-2016年4月收治的口腔手术患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用传统口腔擦洗法,观察组采用口腔冲洗。比较两组患者的伤口愈合率、口腔清洁度。结果观察组的一期愈合率和二期愈合率分别是92.5%和7.5%,对照组的一期愈合率和二期愈合率分别是72.5%和27.5%,观察组的清洁度好和清洁度差分别是72.5%和27.5%,对照组的清洁度好和清洁度差分别是17.5%和82.5%,观察组的患者伤口愈合率、口腔清洁度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论口腔冲洗可有效清除口腔内污渍,保持口腔湿润,加快创口愈合,提高口腔手术后患者的伤口愈合率及患者口腔清洁度。

Objective To investigate the effect of oral cavity cleaning and oral cavity washing in nursing after oral cavity surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent oral surgery from August 2015 to April 2016 in Xiamen were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with traditional oral scrubbing method and the observation group was treated with oral washing. The wound healing rate and oral hygiene were compared between the two groups. Results The primary healing rate and secondary healing rate of the observation group were 92.5% and 7.5%,respectively. The primary healing rate and the secondary healing rate of the control group were 72.5% and 27.5% respectively. The good cleanliness and poor cleanliness of the observation group were poor 72.5% and 27.5% respectively. The c good cleanliness and poor cleanliness of the control group were 17.5% and 82.5%,respectively. The wound healing rate and oral hygiene of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Results Oral flushing can effectively remove the stains in the mouth,keep the mouth moist,speed up wound healing,improve the wound healing rate of patients after oral surgery and oral cleanliness of patients.
