探讨体检中心护理工作中存在的问题及对策

Discussion on the Problems and Countermeasures in the Nursing Work of Physical Examination Center

体检中心护理工作繁复琐碎,在为体检人员进行导检和健康宣教时有许多护理上的不足,尤其在体检高峰时期,护理技术、体检流程等均存在问题,甚至有漏检情况。本文针对体检中心护理工作进行研究分析,找出问题,积极的进行改善,加强体检中心的管理,避免护患纠纷,提高体检护理工作效率,提升体检中心的形象和信誉。

There are many nursing problems in the physical examination center,especially in the peak period of physical examination. There are some problemsin nursing technology and medical examination process,even some cases of undetected inspection. This paper aims at the research and analysis of the nursing work in the physical examination center,finds out the problems,makes positive improvements,strengthens the management of the medical center,avoids nurse-patient disputes,improves the efficiency of physical examination and nursing work and improves the image and credibility of the medical examination center.
