摘要
目的分析在医院后勤管理中应用精细化管理方法提高质量的效果,为综合医院提高后勤保障能力提供循证依据。方法采用精细化管理方法,采取措施干预后勤管理中外包物流保洁公司、被服洗涤公司、医疗垃圾回收处理公司,比较干预前后考核结果和满意度结果的差异性。结果实施精细化管理后,物流保洁公司、被服洗涤公司、医疗垃圾回收处理公司的考核成绩平均分和满意度均有较大提升,科室达标率均有升高,分别由80.00%、76.67%、65.00%提升至93.33%、95.00%、85.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用精细化管理法,能有效提高医院后勤管理的工作效能,提高满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of the application of fine management in hospital logistics management,and to provide evidence for the improvement of logistic support ability. Methods The logistics outsourcing logistics company,clothing company,medical waste recycling companies were intervened by fine management,the results and satisfaction assessment results before and after the intervention were compared. Results After the implement of fine management,average score and satisfaction of logistics company,clothing company,medical waste recycling company had greatly improved,the compliance rate in departments increased significantly,which increased from 80.00%,76.67%,65.00% to 93.33%,95.00%,85.00%,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The use of fine management can effectively improve the hospital logistics management efficiency and the satisfaction.
