摘要
目的研究甲胎蛋白(AFP)、甲胎蛋白异质体(AFP-L_3)、铁蛋白(SF)、β_2微球蛋白(β_2-MG)联合检测与单项检测的差异及对原发性肝癌(PHC)临床诊断的影响。方法检测A组(原发性肝癌),B组(良性肝病)及C组(健康者)样本的AFP-L_3、AFP、SF、β_2-MG血清水平,并统计分析各组相应指标的阳性率、准确性、灵敏度以及特异度。结果 A组AFP-L_3、AFP、SF、β_2-MG的阳性率高于其余两组(P<0.05)。而原发性肝癌患者中联合检测的灵敏度和特异度均有所提高,其准确度和灵敏度高于单项检测(P<0.05)。结论 AFP-L_3、AFP、SF、β_2-MG联合检测可提高检验效能,有助于早诊断、早治疗。
ObjectiveTo study the effect of(AFP),AFP-L3(SF),PHC(β2-MG),beta 2 microspheres(beta)in the diagnosis of primary hepatocelular carcinoma(HCC).MethodsThe AFP-L3,AFP,andβ2-MG serum levels,SF in group A(primary hepatocelular cancer),group B(benign liver diseases) and group C(healthy subjects)were detected,and the positive rate,accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of each group were statisticaly analyzed.Results The positive rates of AFP-L3,AFP,SF,β2-MG in group A were higher than those in the other two groups(P&lt;0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection in patients with primary liver cancer were significantly higher than that of single detection(P〈0.05). ConclusionAFP,SF,AFP-L3,β2-MG combined detection can significantly improve the test efficiency,which is helpful for early diagnosis and early treatment.
