后路手术治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折的临床研究

摘要 目的对后路手术治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折的临床效果进行分析。方法在我院2014年5月~2015年5月收治的脊柱胸腰段骨折患者中随机抽选60例,随机分为对照组和实验组,前者采用前路手术治疗,后者采用后路手术治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率96.7%,对照组患者治疗总有效率63.3%,对照组低于实验组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论当患者出现脊柱胸腰段骨折症状后,应当优先给予患者后路手术治疗方法,治疗效果更佳。 ObjectiveTo analysis the clinical effect of posterior surgery treatment of thoracolumbar spine fracture.Methods60 patients of thoracolumbar spine fracture who were treated in hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected and separated into control group and study group at random,patients in control group were given anterior surgery treatment,while,other patients in study group were given posterior surgery treatment,and then treatment effects between two groups were compared.ResultsTreatment efficacy was 96.7% in study group and it was 63.3% in control group,treatment efficacy in control group was quite lower than that in study group,and such an efficacy differential had statistic value(P〈0.05).Conclusion For patients with thoracolumbar spine fracture,posterior-surgery treatment is preferred one to promote treatment efficacy.
