摘要 目的研究呼吸内科下呼吸道感染病原菌分布及耐药性。方法对164例下呼吸道感染患者的临床资料进行分析。结果通过分析,共分离174株病原菌,其中122株为革兰阴性菌,42株为革兰阳性菌,10株为真菌;革兰阴性菌对舒巴坦/头孢哌酮、美罗培南等药物的耐药率低,而金黄色葡萄球菌对替考拉宁、万古霉素的耐药率低。结论下呼吸道感染病原菌主要为格兰阴性菌,病原菌的耐药性较高,需要提升耐药监测。 Objective To study the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in lower respiratory tract infection in respiratory medicine department. MethodsThe clinical data of 164 patients with lower respiratory tract infection were analyzed. ResultsThrough the analysis,174 bacterial strains were isolated from 122 strains of gram-negative bacteria,42 strains of gram positive bacteria,10 strains of fungi,the detection rate of the highest four pathogens were pseudomonas aeruginosa,klebsiela pneumoniae,staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli. Gram negative bacteria were able to resistance to meropenem,cefoperazone/sulbactam,cefepime and imipenem drugs such as the low rate of staphylococcus aureus resistant to teicoplanin and vancomycin was low.ConclusionThe main pathogens of lower respiratory tract infection is gram negative bacteria,it has high drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria,drug resistance monitoring needs to be improved.
