血管内介入治疗内镜下止血失败的动脉性消化道出血的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Endovascular Interventional Treatment of Arterial Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage With Failure Endoscopic Hemostasis

目的深入探讨血管内介入治疗内镜下止血失败的动脉性消化道出血的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年11月~2015年7月收治的40例内镜辅助下止血失败后消化道出血的患者为研究对象,采用回顾性分析的方式总结患者的一般资料,并分析血管内介入治疗的临床效果。结果研究所选取的患者经过系统的治疗,出血症状均得到有效的控制,治疗效果达到临床预期。结论针对内镜下止血失败动脉性消化道出血患者实施血管内介入治疗,整体治疗效果理想。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of interventional therapy in the treatment of arterial hemorrhage of the digestive tract by endoscopic hemostasis.Methods40 cases of gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients who were treated with endoscopic hemostasis and failed in our hospital from November 2014 to July 2015 were taken as the research object,the general information of the patients were analysed and reviewed, the clinical effect of endovascular treatment were analysed.Results The selected patients were given system treatment,the bleeding symptoms were effectively controled, and the treatment effect was basicaly achieved. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of endovascular interventional treatment of arterial gastrointestinal hemorrhage with failure endoscopic hemostasis is great.
