血液成分单采治疗血液病的临床疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Curative Effect of Therapeutic Apheresis in Treatment of Haematological Disease

目的探讨在血液病治疗中,血液成分单采治疗的应用效果。方法选取我院近年收治的36例血液病患者,采用血细胞分离机与一次性密闭式管道,以ACA-A作为抗凝剂,选择TPE程序行血浆置换程序;选取MNC程序行白细胞单采术;选取ELP程序行血小板单采;选取RBC程序行红细胞单采治疗。观测与分析各血液成分单采治疗的效果。结果 18例白细胞单采术中,有1例患者出现四肢、口唇麻木;7例血小板单采术患者均未表现出任何不良反应;5例患者应用治疗性红细胞单采术,高黏滞综合征得到了改善,无任何不良反应;6例血浆置换患者中,5例效果显著,1例转行化疗。结论在血液病治疗中,血液成分单采可有效改善患者临床效果。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of therapeutic apheresis in the treatment of haematological disease.MethodsSelect 36 patients with blood disease admitted in our hospital in recent years,use the blood cel separator and one-time closed pipeline with anticoagulants ACA-A,select TPE program to run plasma exchange program,select MNC program to run white solid,select ELP program to run platelet solid,select RBC program to run red blood cels solid. Observe and analyse the effect of therapeutic apheresis.Results18 patients with leukocyte apheresis surgery,1 case of patients with limbs,lips numbness,7 cases of platelet apheresis patients did not show any adverse reactions,5 patients used therapeutic red solid, high viscous syndrome is improved,without any adverse reaction. 5 patients used therapeutic red solid,high viscous syndrome is improved,without any adverse reaction. In 6 patients with plasma exchange,5 cases have remarkable effect and 1 case turned to chemotherapy.ConclusionIn the blood disease treatment,blood component list can effectively improve the clinical effect.
