探讨耳窥镜下两种鼓膜手术方式治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Two Kinds of Ear Drum Operation in the Treatment of Secretory Otitis Media

目的对耳窥镜下两种鼓膜手术方式对分泌性中耳炎的临床治疗效果进行研究分析。方法选取我院2013年1月~2014年6月收治的104例儿童分泌性中耳炎患者,分成A、B两组,A组60例使用耳内镜监视下行单纯鼓膜切开术,B组44例使用耳内镜监视下行鼓膜切开术后同时行鼓膜置管术,对两种手术效果进行对比分析。结果 A组临床治疗有效率是48.2%;B组临床治疗有效率是95.0%,两组临床治疗有效率对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论分泌性中耳炎使用耳窥镜鼓膜切开手术可以减少鼓膜置管次数,降低穿孔率。

Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of two kinds of ear drum operation mode on secretory otitis media.Methods104 cases of children with secretory otitis media from January 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were divided into two groups,A group of 60 cases were treated with incision of ear endoscope under simple tympanic membrane incision,44 cases of group B were treated with ear endoscope down after the tympanic membrane and tympanostomy tube surgery,effect in two groups were comparative analysed. Results The clinical effective rate of group A was 48.2%. The effective rate of B group was 95.0%,and the difference was statisticaly significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Secretory otitis media can reduce the number of tube insertion,and reduce the rate of perforation. Conclusion The treatment of secretory otitis media with the use of endoscopic surgery can reduce the number of tube insertion,reduce the perforation probability,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
