摘要
目的探讨肝素钠对小儿过敏性紫癜的治疗效果。方法小儿过敏性紫癜患者60例,按照治疗方式差异,分为观察组和对照组。对照组30例,接受常规治疗。观察组30例,在对照组的基础上,给予肝素钠治疗。对比分析两组患儿的皮疹、消化道不适等症状消退时间及治疗效果。结果观察组患儿紫癜、关节疼痛及胃肠道不适的症状消失时间短于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝素钠治疗小儿过敏性紫癜能有效改善临床症状,并提高治疗效果。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of heparin sodium in the treatment of children alergic purpura.Methods60 cases of children with alergic purpura were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods. 30 cases in control group were treated with conventional treatment,while 30 cases in observation group were given heparin sodium on the basis of control group. Skin rashes,gastrointestinal discomfort and other symptoms subsided time and clinical effect between two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Skin rashes,joint pain and gastrointestinal symptoms disappeared time in observation group was shorter than the control group,the total effective rate was higher than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Heparin sodium in the treatment of pediatric alergic purpura can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and treatment effect.
