摘要
目的探讨米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果。方法随机将82例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者平均分为两组,对照组行妈富隆治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上给予米非司酮治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组血清性激素指标、完全止血时间及治疗有效率等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血效果理想。
Objective To evaluate the effect of mifepristone in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in postmenopausal women.Methods We divided 82 patients into two groups,control group used marvelon and observation group used mifepristone on the basis of control group,comparing efficacy of two groups. ResultsThe serum sex hormone index,the hemostasis time and effective rate of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of mifepristone is ideal.
