二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的应用效果

The Application Effect of Ethinylestradiol Cyproterone Combined With Metformin in Therapeutic Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片(达英-35)治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床效果。方法患者随机均分对照组和观察组各35例,分别给予单药达英-35与达英-35联合二甲双胍片治疗。比较治疗前后患者总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、睾酮(T)、黄体生成素与促卵泡素比值(LH/FSH)等指标的变化。结果治疗后,两组患者BMI、LH/FSH、T水平下降(P<0.05),其中观察组BMI比对照组降低幅度明显(P<0.05),TG均无变化(P>0.05),两组HDL-C水平升高(P<0.05),且观察组比对照组升高明显(P<0.05),观察组LDL-C水平下降(P<0.05),但组间差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论达英-35与二甲双胍联用治疗PCOS能调和性激素水平,改善血脂代谢紊乱,具有更全面的治疗效果。

Objective To probe the application effect of ethinylestradiol cyproterone（diane-35）combined with metformin therapeutic in PCOS. Methods 70 cases of PCOS were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 35 cases. Compared the levels of TC,HDL-C,LDL-C, T,LH/FSH before and past treatment.ResultsAfter treatment,the BMI,LH/FSH and T levels of the two groups were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. The BMI of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The TG had no changes（P〉0.05）. The level of LDL-C in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the observation group（P〈0.05）,and the level of HDL-C in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,the LD L-C in observation was levels（P〈0.05）,but there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Diane-35 combined with metformin in the treatment of PCOS can reconcile sex hormone levels,improve lipid metabolism,with a more comprehensive treatment.
