左卡尼汀治疗老年冠心病心衰的临床效果评价

Evaluation on the Clinical Effect of L-carnitine in the Treatment of Senile Coronary Heart Disease

目的评价左卡尼汀治疗老年冠心病心衰的临床效果。方法选取2014年9月~2016年5月我院收治的112例冠心病心衰老年患者作为观察对象,按照数字表法分为对照组（n=56）和治疗组（n=56）,对照组应用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上应用左卡尼汀治疗,对两组心脏超声各相关指标变化情况、血脂改善效果、临床疗效进行评价和比较。结果对照组LVEDD高于治疗组,其CO、EF、LVESD低于治疗组,两组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗总有效率统计比较结果显示,治疗组高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组血脂指标经统计比较,治疗组HDL-C高于对照组,其TC、TG则低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论老年冠心病心衰患者采用左卡尼汀治疗不仅可改善临床症状和心功能,还能进一步提高整体治疗效果。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effect of l-carnitine treatment of senile coronary heart disease（CHD）heart failure.MethodsFrom September 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital 112 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）heart failure as research object,according to the method of digital meter is divided into the control group（n=56）and treatment group（n=56）and control group routine treatment,the treatment group treats in the foundation in the control group on the application of l-carnitine treatment,the two groups of echocardiographic changes each related indexes,blood lipids,improve the effect,the clinical curative effect evaluation and comparison.Results LVEDD results the control group is higher than the treatment group,the CO,EF,LVESD lower than the treatment group,the differences between the two groups have statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The two groups total effective treatment statistical comparison results showed that the treatment group is higher than the control group,the difference is statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）. Two groups of blood lipid index by statistical comparison,the treatment group HDL-C higher than that of control group,the TC and TG are lower than the control group,and differences between the groups with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In elderly patients with coronary heart disease heart failure treated with l-carnitine can not only improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function,also can further improve the overal therapeutic effect.
