质量控制措施在临床细菌检验中的应用

Application of Quality Control Measures in Clinical Bacteria Inspection

目的探究质量控制措施在临床细菌检验中的应用。方法收集本院2014年5月~2015年8月的40份临床细菌检验资料,包括血液标本、尿液标本、痰液标本以及粪便标本,实施严格的细菌检验操作,观察临床检验准确性。结果检验标本总格率为75.0%,血液标本合格率88.2%;尿液标本合格率72.7%;痰液标本合格率40.0%;粪便标本合格率71.4%。痰液标本较合格率最低,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论为使细菌检验标本更加准确,需严格遵循细菌标本采集、检验标准流程,为临床诊治提供准确指导。

Objective To explore the application of quality control measures in clinical bacteria test. Methods 40 clinical bacterial test data collected in our hospital from May 2014 to August 2015,including blood samples,urine samples and sputum specimens and stool samples,the implementation of bacteria inspection operation strictly,observe the clinical test accuracy. Results Test specimens the total pass rate of 75.0%,the passing rate blood samples of urine samples was 88.2%, qualified rate was 72.7%,the qualified rate of sputum specimens of 40.0%, stool specimens pass rate of 71.4%. A sputum specimen of the lowest pass rate,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In order to make the bacteria test specimens more accurate,must strictly follow the bacterial specimen collection,inspection standard process,to provide accurate guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
