Objective To analyze the methods of anesthesia management in the operation of esophageal atresia in neonates. Methods 46 patients who underwent general anesthesia endotracheal intubation in the neonate esophageal atresia surgery, monitoring the heart rate, oxygen saturation, the mean arterial blood pressure changes, recording the index of hemorrhage surgery in children with volume, urine volume and total inputfluid volume and outcome were observed. Results During the operation, the circulation of the patients was relatively stable, and the phenomenon of blood oxygen saturation decreased during the esophageal separation. After operation, the patients recovered to normal. There were 2 cases with low temperature and anastomotic leakage. The complication rate was 4.3%. Conclusion Preoperative preparation, maintaining a good respiratory circulation management of neonatal esophageal atresia surgery has an important significance.
