优质护理对老年糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of High Quality Nursing on Elderly Patients With Diabetic Nephropathy Hemodialysis

目的分析优质护理对老年糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的影响。方法将2015年4月~2016年4月本院老年糖尿病肾病血液透析患者73例纳入研究,按就诊日期单双号差异分组。对照组（35例）为单号就诊,实施常规护理。研究组（38例）为双号就诊,实施优质护理。结果两组中研究组SAS和SDS评分改善更明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论优质护理对老年糖尿病肾病血液透析患者影响较大,对改善焦虑及抑郁作用显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on the elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods From April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital senile diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis in 73 patients included in the study were grouped according to the odd dates difference. The control group（35 cases） for the number of visits,the implementation of routine care. The study group（38 cases） for double treatment,the implementation of high quality nursing. Results SAS and SDS scores in the two groups were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Quality care for elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis patients with a greater impact on the improvement of anxiety and depression.
