优质护理服务在精神科的作用效果观察

Observation on Effect of High Quality Nursing Service in Psychiatric Department

目的研究精神科护理中实施优质护理服务的临床效果。方法我院选择2014年9月~2015年9月诊治的240例精神科患者,将其均分为两组,对照组患者实施常规的护理措施,观察组患者在上述护理的基础上实施优质护理服务,比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组患者对住院环境的满意度优于对照组,观察组护理人员对患者病情管理情况、沟通能力以及护理服务态度等比对照组好,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者不合作的发生率、自残、自杀等不良事件发生率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在精神科护理中实施优质护理服务措施,能够有效提升患者对护理人员的满意度,降低风险出现的几率,提升患者对健康知识的掌握程度,同时提高治疗的有效率。

Objective To study the clinical effect of high quality nursing care in psychiatric nursing. Methods In our hospital 240 cases of psychiatric patients from September 2014 to September 2015,which were divided into two groups, the control group with routine nursing measures, the patients in the observation group were given high quality nursing service in the nursing,compared two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect. Results The observation group of patients satisfaction than the hospital environment,the observation group of nursing staff on patient management, communication skills and service attitude of nursing than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The patients in the observation group were not co incidence,self mutilation,etc. Dutch act the incidence of adverse events was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing service measures in psychiatric nursing,can effectively improve the patients＇ satisfaction of nursing staff,reduce the probability of risk,improve patient mastery of health knowledge,and improve the treatment efficiency.
